Return Policy:
Within 15 days of purchase, you can return most merchandise for an exchange or store credit up to the actual purchase price for up to 15 days. The item must have its original tags and packaging, be clean, in good condition, and have proof of purchase*. (See merchandise-specific exceptions below.)
"Proof of Purchase"
The easiest proof of purchase is your original purchase receipt. If you no longer have your receipt, we may be able to provide you with a Proof of Purchase from our system. We may ask for a driver's license or other identification during this process. If we cannot verify the purchaser, purchase date, and purchase price of an item, we cannot accept the return of that item.
Suspected Defective Merchandise:
Within 15 days of purchase:
If you suspect that an item you purchased is defective within the first 15 days of purchase, we can offer an immediate exchange or in-store credit. If you prefer a refund, we may first need to return the item to the manufacturer for inspection.
Specific goods exceptions:
For safety reasons, helmets can ONLY be returned in brand new condition, with all tags still attached and all original packaging.
The following are non-returnable under any circumstances:
Saddles. Consumables/Chemicals (Fly sprays, supplements, etc.) unless their packaging includes an unbroken seal. Gift certificates. All clearance merchandise, marked with a discount. Custom orders (items made to your measurements, custom color options, etc.). Engraving and embroidery. Special orders (items in styles/sizes/colors we don't stock and ordered specifically for you).
